Parkway Senior Living in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join our team. The role emphasizes empathy and daily resident support in a home-like environment.

You will assist with ADLs, build meaningful connections with residents, and help create a positive community. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Support residents with mobility, sitting/standing/walking and fall assistance.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Blue Springs, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

6:00am to 6:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
