Job summary

Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a caring Care Partner to support residents with daily activities and companionship. This full-time role requires empathy, physical stamina, and the ability to work the 7:00am–7:00pm shifts as scheduled.

You will assist residents with ADLs, help create a warm, inclusive environment, and participate in a team that values growth and internal promotion. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities to advance within Arrow Senior Living family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer for printing and entering resident information.
• Must be physically active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and transfers.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and create human connection with residents.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Seven Hills, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!

• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
