Compass Senior Living in Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner for Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays to provide compassionate personal care and companionship in a senior living setting.

Starting wages include Day 6am-2pm $17.00, Evening 2-10pm $17.50, and Night 10pm-6am $17.25, with a weekend differential and CNA pay adjustments for experience. Part-time role with potential to move to full-time for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Licensed documentation as required by state and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor elder health and document changes; report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and possibly feed residents requiring support.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with elders, families, and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping as needed.

We are looking for a Part Time PM shift Care Partner, working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday's. This could lead into full time if interested.

You must be 18 years or older to apply There is a $3 weekend shift differential when working the weekends. Pay increases depending on experience. CNA's make $1 more than the listed amount.

Starting Wages

Day Shift (6am-2pm) $17.00

Evening Shift (2-10pm): $17.50

Noc Shift (10pm-6am): $17.25

What You’ll Do

• You will provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• You will provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• You will give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
• You will assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• You will engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
• You will connect: Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
• You will keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring

• You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will bring licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
