Job summary

Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the double weekend shift (6a-10p) at Cedar Ridge in Broken Arrow, OK. You will provide personal care, monitor health, and offer companionship to residents in our elder living community.

We value teamwork, reliability, and strong English communication. Licensing documentation and background checks are required. Full-time/part-time roles with comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• The ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, report changes to Wellness Team.
• Give emotional support: engage in conversation, active listening, companionship.
• Assist with meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed those needing support.
• Engage in social and recreational activities for resident well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, teammates and guests.
• Keep things clean: light housekeeping and general cleanliness.

What You’ll do

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• Provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
• Assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• Engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
• Communicate: connect with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
• Keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring
