CareTruly Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Adult Family Home (AFH)/CBRF in Milwaukee, WI. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, coordinate resident services, and support regulatory compliance to ensure safe, compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising caregivers and CNAs, coordinating admissions and care plans with the RN, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records while promoting teamwork and staff retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in AFH/CBRF or similar.
• Current Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• Completion of Wisconsin DHS-required CBRF caregiver training.
• Ability to perform CNA/CBRF duties when needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• English language proficiency and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Supervise caregivers, CNAs, CBRF staff, and support personnel.
• Develop staff schedules, monitor attendance and call-offs, and maintain shift coverage.
• Create contingency plans for staffing shortages and emergencies.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and employee retention.
• Coordinate admissions, assessments, move-ins, transfers, discharges, and healthcare appointments.
• Collaborate with RN and Nursing on resident service plans, care concerns, incidents, and quality improvement.
• Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and community partners.
• Protect resident rights, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Provide direct resident care when necessary to maintain resident safety and continuity of services.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations, HIPAA, and applicable laws.
• Review resident records, medication documentation, and incident reports.
• Monitor infection prevention practices and assist with incident follow-up and corrective actions.
• Coordinate facility supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational needs.
