You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure DHS 83 standards are met while maintaining resident care quality and program integrity across multiple shifts in a 8‑bed facility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in human services or five years of equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing day‑to‑day operations.
• Familiarity with DHS 83 regulations and compliance expectations.

Aufgaben

• Supervises daily activities and coordinates resources for an 8 bed CBRF team.
• Completes client assessments, develops service goals and objectives.
• Develops treatment plans, completes billing notes and monthly outcomes.
• Coordinates medication regimens with prescribers and pharmacies.
• Liaises with clients, families, guardians and case managers.
• Trains and schedules Behavioral Health Technicians per DHS 83.
• Participates in after hours on‑call rotation and emergency coverage.
