Qualifications

• MUST POSSESS CBRF Certifications (Medication Administration, First Aid, Fire Safety, Standard Precautions).
• 2+ years of experience working with behaviorally challenged individuals preferred.
• Physical ability to walk with residents and participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Redirect and support residents with challenging behaviors in a respectful manner.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer and document medications accurately.
