• Answer phones and support office staff.
• Collaborate with the team in an office setting.
• Assist the office manager with scheduling and admin duties.
• Conduct telephone intakes with new or potential clients.
• Perform initial and follow-up home visits to explain services.
• Manage scheduling, including replacements and substitutes.
• Maintain compliant client, caregiver, and file records.
