Griswold Home Care is seeking an Assistant Manager to support office staff and caregivers in Monmouth County, NJ. If you are friendly, quick-thinking, professional, and compassionate, you will help manage scheduling, intake calls, and client-family engagements, ensuring service quality and compliance.

You’ll work in a fast-paced office environment, coordinating with caregivers, handling telephone intakes, and performing home visits to explain services and secure signed agreements.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting Caregivers.
• Getting to know Caregivers registered with our office.
• Assist with answering phones.
• Work as a team in an office environment.
• Support office manager with scheduling and administrative duties.
• Conduct telephone intakes with new or potential clients.
• Perform initial home visits with new or potential clients to explain services and obtain a signed service agreement.
• Execute follow-up home visits with existing clients.
• Manage all scheduling activities, including replacement and substitute caregivers.
• Resolve client, family, and caregiver differences.
• Maintain files to meet internal, state, and Federal quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate, screen, and interview prospective caregivers.
• Conduct service calls with prospective clients.
