Guidehealth is seeking a Customer Guide Engagement Specialist to serve as the voice of the company. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries from members, patients, and providers, guiding them through benefits, care programs, and enrollment steps with empathy and accuracy.

You will navigate complex processes, use CRM tools, and provide education on plan benefits while maintaining PHI privacy and compliance. This role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality service across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health plan/customer service or related outbound roles.
• Minimum of 1 year in healthcare contact center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare benefits, and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer service to members, providers, and stakeholders.
• Educate about benefits, programs, and self-service resources.
• Conduct outbound enrollment and wellness outreach.
