Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Care/Med Tech at our Lehigh Valley community. This role provides hands-on care, supports residents physically and emotionally, and maintains a safe home-like environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and assisting with activities of daily living while documenting changes for the nurse. This position offers flexible hours, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• PA Medication Technician Certification required.
• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Administer medications and document appropriately.
• Monitor residents and report changes to Nurse or HCC.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Support continence management and meal service as needed.
• Engage residents in activities to promote well-being.
