Job summary

Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration, observing and documenting residents' conditions, and engaging residents in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication and maintain prescription confidentiality.
• Engage residents in daily living activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms.
