Discovery Senior Living's Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley is seeking a Care/Medication Technician who provides compassionate, hands-on care and supports residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

The role includes administering medications under supervision, observing changes in residents, documenting notes, and collaborating with the nurse and health care coordinator to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote safety.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents' condition.
• Respond to calls promptly and maintain cleanliness of resident areas.
• Administer medications under supervision and document accordingly.
• Collaborate with Nurse and Health Care Coordinator on service plans.
