TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join our Douglasville community. The role involves hands-on care, assisting with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and monitoring residents’ wellbeing to maintain a comfortable home-like environment.

The position includes medication observation, documentation, and collaboration with nurses and care coordinators. Qualifications include CNA certification or equivalent, HS diploma/GED, and 18+ years old, with CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; check on residents regularly.
• Observe, report and document symptoms or changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
• Assist with continence management and meal service as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; ensure safety and dignity.
• Support activities of daily living and engage residents in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision and document appropriately.

Education

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification

High School diploma/GED

Must be 18 years of age

CPR Certification preferred

First Aid Certification preferred

Previous experience working with seniors preferred
