Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pair caregivers with clients by health needs, fit, and preferences.
• Act as liaison between clients, families, and field staff.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in our system.
• Pivot quickly during emergencies or last-minute changes.
• Monitor field staff activity, attendance, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Matchmaker: Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences. You'll ensure every client feels supported and every caregiver feels valued.
