Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and build meaningful relationships with residents.

Responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans, promoting safety and dignity, and engaging residents in daily activities, including memory care experiences. CNA/CHHA credentials are required in NJ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CHHA or CNA certification required for New Jersey.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
