Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver in New Jersey to provide hands-on support, promote safety, and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and strong communication, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within Sunrise Senior Living.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CHHA or CNA certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
