Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Mountain Lakes, NJ is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and meaningful engagement. This part-time role follows ISPs, promotes safety, dignity, and independence, and collaborates with families and care leaders to brighten each day.

You'll assist with ADLs, support dining services, and create enriching experiences, including Memory Care activities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
