• Supervise Care Managers and Waiver Service Coordinators to ensure compliance with AGE, ODM, MCOP, and AAA standards.
• Identify utilization trends in clinical activities and develop plans to improve consumer access to services.
• Provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to support staff development and performance improvement.
• Monitor program performance and implement quality initiatives to improve consumer outcomes.
• Serve as an agency liaison and advocate with regulators and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and promote continuous agency improvement.
