Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver in Overland Park, KS. You will provide hands-on personal care, follow care plans, and promote safety and dignity for residents.

Role supports dining services, engages residents daily, and communicates with families and care leaders. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are part of the package, with a pay range of starting at $16.30–$20.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18 CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
