Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Michigan seeks a Caregiver to provide hands-on support for residents, building meaningful relationships and ensuring safety and independence. You will assist with daily activities, dining, and personal care, while following individualized plans and communicating with families and care leaders.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and strong communication, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment at Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• A compassionate, reliable communicator.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
