Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents at Sunrise. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety and independence, and build meaningful relationships in a warm, caring environment.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and clear communication, with paid training and growth opportunities. A High School Diploma or GED is required, CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is a minimum education requirement.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

17.20 - 21.55
