Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Overland Park, KS seeks a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support, build meaningful relationships, and enhance residents' quality of life. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in conversations and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with age 18+ and CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
