Job summary

Monarch Communities, including Brandywine Senior Living, is seeking a caring Care Manager to join our team in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. If you value kindness and compassion, this role invites you to provide warm personal care, support, and companionship to residents.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents for changes, and help update the Resident Care Plan. A CNA or HHA certification and a high school diploma are required; a positive attitude and love of working with people are

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide required.
• Knowledge and experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.
• Part-time schedule flexibility and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

(7:00am-11:00am)- Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday / Week 2 Sunday, Thursday, Friday

(3:00pm-11:00pm) Week 1: Saturday / Week 2: Sunday

(3:00pm-11:00pm) Week 1: Monday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday

(3:00pm-11:00pm) Week 1: Sunday / Week 2: Monday, Saturday

Salary:

$20.00-21.00 Hourly

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

Physical Abilities

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
