Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents in daily activities and provide hands-on support with kindness. You will follow ISP guidelines, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

This role supports dining, maintains a clean, welcoming environment, and requires strong communication with families and care leaders. Experience in Memory Care is valued for enriching residents’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
