Job summary

You’ll assist with daily activities, follow ISP guidelines, and promote safety and independence while engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities. Sunrise emphasizes growth, training, and a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
