Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands‑on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
