Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting quality of life through assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and ensure safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Key responsibilities include engaging residents in conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
