Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Burlington, MA to provide hands-on support to seniors, assist with ADLs, promote safety and dignity, and document changes per individualized care plans.

You will engage residents, support dining services, and maintain a clean environment while collaborating with families and the care team. CPR/First Aid certification or eligibility, and a HS diploma or GED are required, along with compassion and reliability.

Job description

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity. They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care settings, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
