Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Highland Park, IL, is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personalized care plans. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

You will communicate with families and care leaders, participate in memory care activities, and contribute to a welcoming, supportive community for seniors and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassionate and reliable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
