Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable care and strong communication with families and care teams, including in Memory Care units. Paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
