Qualifikationen

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands‑on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range from $17.20 to $21.55 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, sick leave, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and flexible payment options. Bonuses may also be available based on performance and position.
