Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Care Manager to coordinate care, drive progression, and proactively plan discharges for patients in their caseload.

The ideal candidate is a Georgia-licensed RN with 2+ years in acute or post-acute settings; experience with InterQual or Milliman is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nursing Program Required.
• Master's degree Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an acute or post-acute setting Required.
• Experience using InterQual or Milliman Preferred.
• Current unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license, or eligible for licensure, in the state of Georgia Required.
• Certification in Case or Care Management Preferred.
