Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living at Sunrise at Bay Village in Annapolis, MD is hiring a Part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, assisting with ADLs, following ISP, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will engage residents with daily activities, support dining services, keep common areas welcoming, and communicate with families and care leaders.

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required; paid training and career growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
