Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Care Manager to provide hands-on support for residents. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISPs, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining and living environment and effective family communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
