Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in North Severna Park is looking for a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, promote safety, dignity, and independence, and engage residents in conversation and activities daily.

You will work closely with families and care leaders, contribute to a supportive, welcoming environment, and participate in paid training and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
