Tri-County Care is seeking a Staff Development Specialist to strengthen workforce readiness and promote consistent Care Management practices. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging training content aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

You will facilitate schedules, create knowledge checks, and collaborate across departments to support high-quality outcomes for individuals served.

Competenze

• :Experience conducting training.
• :Experience with training development.
• :Experience with OPWDD training requirements, preferred.
• :Bachelor’s degree with preference for two years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience

Mansioni

• Facilitates scheduling, preparation and presentation of training materials to the workforce in collaboration with other departments.
• Translates complex workflows, regulations and policies into clear, engaging training content.
• Develops and implements post-training knowledge checks to measure effectiveness and drive follow-up actions.
• Conducts live training, including potential travel to TCC offices.
• Provides mentoring and support to staff and helps with data collection and learning pathways.
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours and maintains timely communications.
• Maintains documentation in SharePoint, Absorb and other systems.
• Participates in external meetings and mandatory staff meetings.
