Job summary

The Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry, NY is seeking a Care Management Supervisor overseeing the work of the agency's Care Managers to ensure client services meet regulatory and program standards.

You will work with the Director and QA Coordinator to ensure outreach, eligibility, acuity assessments, plans of care, and billable services are executed and documented, with a focus on high-quality, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field, OR a registered or licensed Nurse / Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in human services or health care with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with billing and revenue cycle management in health or behavioral health care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Care Managers to deliver client services in line with standards.
• Coordinate with Director and QA Coordinator on outreach, assessments, plans of care, and billable services.
• Facilitate linkages with Residential Treatment, Foster Care, and Preventive programs.
• Ensure coordination with other agency programs and regulatory guidance.
