Job summary

The Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry, NY is seeking a Care Management Supervisor to lead the agency’s Care Managers, ensuring services comply with regulatory and program standards in a person-centered framework.

You will partner with the Director and QA Coordinator to align client outreach, eligibility assessments, plans of care, and billable services, while coordinating with Residential Treatment, Foster Care, and Preventive programs to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field, OR a registered or licensed Nurse/Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in human services, health care, or a related field, with supervisory experience in Health Homes or Medicaid program strongly preferred.
• Experience with billing and revenue cycle management in the health or behavioral health care field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work constructively and effectively with a diverse human services workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the work of the agency’s Care Managers and ensure services meet standards.
• Coordinate client outreach, eligibility and acuity assessments, plans of care, and billable services.
• Collaborate with the Director and QA Coordinator to ensure documentation and quality of care.
• Facilitate linkages with Residential Treatment, Foster Care, and Preventive programs as needed.

Education
