Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking a Care Logistics Manager to coordinate scheduling and client/caregiver communications across our service areas. The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and strong organizational skills to support growth and ensure high-quality care.

You will manage service plans, coordinate appointments, and maintain essential reports while adhering to HIPAA and company policies. Strong written and verbal communication is essential in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years’ related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite and scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Home Helpers care policies and procedures.
• Schedule client appointments/visits according to Service Plans and staff availability.
• Enter scheduling data and release weekly schedules for all assigned Caregivers (including call-outs, vacation coverage, etc.).
• Maintain call-in, retention and staff and client statistic reports.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls, while placing several outgoing calls to staff for open client shifts in a timely manner.

Home Helpers is looking to hire an outgoing individual as our Care Logistics Manager to accommodate growth in our company. This position will be the primary point of contact for our caregivers and our clients. This position will serve our Pocatello and Idaho Falls service areas.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite and scheduling software
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology
