Job summary

Home Helpers is seeking a proactive Care Logistics Manager to serve as the primary contact for caregivers and clients in our Pocatello and Idaho Falls service areas. You will drive scheduling, data entry, and reporting to support growth and quality of care.

The ideal candidate demonstrates urgency, reliability, organizational skills, and excellent written/verbal communication across phone, text, and email while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite and scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Home Helpers care policies and procedures.
• Schedule client appointments/visits according to Service/Care Plans and staff availability.
• Enter scheduling data and create weekly caregiver schedules, including call-outs and vacation coverage.
• Maintain call-in, retention and staffing/client statistic reports.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Manage high volume of incoming calls while placing outgoing calls to staff for open shifts.
