Atrium Centers, located in Wisconsin, is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a 100% employee-owned setting. You will follow diet specifications and menus to deliver nutritious, appealing meals.

In this role, you’ll work under the Dietary Supervisor, maintain a clean kitchen, ensure sanitary practices, and support timely meal service while fostering a warm, team-oriented dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans.
• Follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistency and quality.
• Comply with all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and portion control.
• Support timely meal service for residents.
