Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Client Liaison Manager to oversee the sales and marketing processes for two Birmingham-area care homes. You will drive occupancy and revenue, ensuring daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department and meeting budget targets.

The role requires a proactive salesperson with strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of building relationships with potential residents, families, and professional influencers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage sales & marketing processes in a care-home setting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for engaging with prospects and families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manners.
• Ability to prioritise own workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Background in a sales role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and Marketing deadlines while adhering to brand standards.
• Handle general sales/marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers via brochure requests, internet inquiries, etc.
• Maintain and update the pipeline to maximise revenue and occupancy across two Birmingham sites.
• Develop new contacts and keep regular contact with key care influences.
