Job summary

Your Health Organization in Aiken, SC is seeking a Group Lead to supervise training, staffing logistics, onboarding, and competency development for the Care Group. This role is non-patient-facing, acting as organizer, coach, and problem-solver for training and staffing across the team.

This position will be working in the Aiken office daily. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hour position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

Qualifications

• Experience in training and staffing within a healthcare setting.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex coverage logistics across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage standard training plans and ongoing education.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure consistent Week 1 experiences.
• Provide training during workflow or compliance changes.
• Lead trainings on documentation, billing, EHR workflows and company software.
• Monitor competencies, coaching, and closing learning gaps.
• Oversee staffing coverage, PTO/absence, and backfill to maintain safety.
• Monitor productivity metrics and team efficiency.
