Job summary
Your Health Organization seeks a Group Lead to support training, staffing, and workforce planning in the Aiken area. This full-time, salary-based role focuses on coordinating coverage, onboarding new hires, and ongoing staff development while supporting initiatives such as Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
The Group Lead collaborates with regional leadership and the Training & Education Department to build a competent, resilient, patient-centered workforce, with daily in-office duties in
Qualifications
- Three years in a healthcare setting with experience in training, education, and staffing.
- Leadership experience in field operations is a plus.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with ability to manage complex coverage logistics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard training plans for each role within the Care Group; schedule and track ongoing education.
- Coordinate onboarding for all new hires ensuring consistent Week 1 experiences.
- Provide and oversee training for changes in workflows, processes, or compliance standards.
- Lead trainings on documentation, billing, EHR workflows, and company software; address learning gaps.
- Monitor staffing coverage, PTO/absences, and backfill to maintain safe operations.
- Maintain live staffing rosters and monitor performance metrics; coordinate with regional leadership.
