Job summary

Your Health Organization in Aiken, SC seeks a Care Group Administrator to lead our care groups and drive strategic, financial, and quality initiatives. The role focuses on reducing avoidable ER visits, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The administrator will guide a multidisciplinary team, foster continuous improvement, and engage community partners to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, incl. senior management.
• Strong understanding of federal and state hospice/palliative care regs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop budgets and monitor financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and operational leadership for care groups.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance and quality.
