Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Development Coordinator at Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center. The Staff Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training programs, developing educational materials, and assessing staff learning needs to enhance the quality of care provided at the center.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and coordinating training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess staff learning needs and provide guidance
