Job summary

Your Health in Aiken, SC is seeking a Group Lead to coordinate staffing, onboarding, and training for the Care Group. This role focuses on building a consistent, competent workforce while supporting initiatives like Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

It does not involve direct patient care, but acts as organizer, coach, and problem-solver for training and staffing. The position is based in the Aiken office, full-time, salary-based, with typical hours 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a healthcare setting with demonstrated training and staffing experience.
• Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or higher preferred; leadership in field/community operations is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; ability to manage complex coverage logistics across multiple disciplines.
• Proficient with EHR and company software; able to build training content and track completions/competencies.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a standard training plan for each role; schedule, deliver, and track ongoing education and refreshers.
• Coordinate onboarding for all new hires; ensure Week 1 experiences and equipment setup.
• Provide and oversee training for established employees when workflows or compliance standards change.
• Lead trainings on documentation, billing, EHR workflows, and company software; address learning gaps with Training & Education.
• Manage daily and forward-looking coverage plan for all Care Group roles; PTO/absence backfill to maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a live staffing roster to minimize disruptions and overtime; monitor schedule health and fill gaps.
