The role oversees case assignments, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ongoing caregiver-family communication to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in staffing or operations coordination, strong MS Office and EMR skills, and availability for an on-call rotation, with a commitment to excellent client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in staffing, customer service, or operations coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Must participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain caregiver schedules to meet patient needs and minimize gaps.
• Communicate schedule changes with care teams and families.
• Match clinicians to patients based on skills and care needs.
• Monitor EVV data for regulatory/compliance purposes.
• Coordinate payroll-related inquiries and maintain records.
• Support onboarding and collaboration with clinicians and location leadership.
