CircleLink Health is seeking a passionate, outgoing, and tech-savvy Care Development Representative to assist in enrolling Medicare patients into a monthly check-in program. This part-time role involves key responsibilities in enrolling Medicare patients into impactful care programs. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter sales while helping people access and understand their healthcare options.

As a CDR, you will contact patients on behalf of their healthcare providers, explain program benefits, answer questions, and encourage enrollment. Your role combines education, advocacy, and closing skills, fostering meaningful conversations that drive results.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
  1. Call Medicare patients using specialized enrollment software (15 calls/hour)
  2. Explain the care program's benefits, eligibility, and details clearly
  3. Address questions with empathy and accuracy to ensure patient understanding
  4. Motivate and encourage patients to enroll, overcoming objections as needed
  5. Document calls and interactions accurately in our system
  6. Track recurring questions, issues, and feedback for management
  7. Stay updated on program details and outreach best practices
  8. Work weekdays between 9am-6pm ET
  9. Availability of 20-25 hours per week required

Benefits

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

This is a 1099 independent contractor role; contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
